We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only what we need to operate this website and to communicate with you.
This website has no contact form and no login. We do not sell data and we do not carry out profiling for evaluation purposes.
When you open this website your browser transmits technically necessary data, which our hosting provider stores in log files:
This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 31 revFADP / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 90 days at the latest.
Necessary cookies store only your language choice and your cookie decision. They are required for the website to work and do not need consent.
All other cookies are set only after you have agreed in the cookie banner. Without your consent no statistics or marketing cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time:
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how this website is used.
We operate Google Consent Mode v2. As long as you have not consented to the Statistics category, Google Analytics sets no cookies and transmits only anonymous, cookieless signals with no identifiers. A pseudonymous identifier (the _ga cookie) is set only after your consent. IP anonymisation is enabled in addition.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP). Data is deleted after 14 months.
We run advertising on LinkedIn and measure its effectiveness with the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The script is loaded only if you have consented to the Marketing category. No connection to LinkedIn takes place before your consent. The data processed includes your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit; LinkedIn compiles aggregated reports from this and can recognise you as a member if you are logged in.
The legal basis is your consent. You can additionally object to LinkedIn's use of your data directly in your LinkedIn settings.
The Poppins typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. This is necessary for the consistent presentation of the website (legitimate interest).
Google and LinkedIn may also process data in the United States. Transfers are based on standard contractual clauses and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both providers adhere.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent you have given. An email to info@truesoft.ch is sufficient.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with a competent European data protection authority.
We update this privacy policy when the processing of personal data on this website changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
